Answer Alfy's coffee chat reminders

After a round, Alfy reminds your match until your coffee chat is scheduled. To stop the reminders, send a calendar invite through Alfy, or answer with ✅ We've scheduled it or 🙅 We won't meet this time. One answer stops the reminders for everyone in your match.

Where reminders arrive#

Reminders arrive in your group DM with Alfy, or in a private DM or email when the program has no group DM. Each one points you to the free times, so you can send a calendar invite in one click. In Microsoft Teams, the DM also has a 📅 Schedule your chat button.

Say you've scheduled it#

Booked the chat another way? Click ✅ We've scheduled it. Alfy stops reminding your match.

Say you won't meet this time#

Click 🙅 We won't meet this time. Alfy stops the reminders and asks why, in a short optional form: pick a reason, add a comment if you like, and click Send, or Skip if you'd rather not say. Your answer helps your Alfy admins improve the program.

Change your answer#

You can switch between ✅ We've scheduled it and 🙅 We won't meet this time at any time. Once a calendar invite was sent, cancel the meeting first through Reschedule 🗓️.

What admins see#

Alfy admins see each match's answer in the round's details. See view past rounds and matches.
