Tour the Alfy admin settings

Alfy admins manage everything from the Alfy web dashboard: programs, rounds, admins, conversation starters and billing. Slack and Microsoft Teams only show a read-only summary of your programs, with an Open dashboard ↗ button.

Get to the dashboard#

• Open the Alfy web dashboard
• Add or remove an admin

Set up programs#

• Create a random coffee program
• Choose how often a program runs
• Update a program's settings
• Skip or move the next round
• Rename or delete a program

Decide who takes part#

• Exclude people from a program
• Skip people who are out of office
• Include Slack guests in programs
