Alfy can no longer access #example_channel

If this error occurs, it's due to one of the following reasons:

1. Alfy has been removed from a private channel involved in one of its programs. To resolve this, re-add Alfy to the channel or remove the channel from the program(s).
2. A channel has been archived or deleted. To fix this, update the program(s) with a new channel.
