SimplePerf runs 360° performance reviews on the web and in Slack, with ready-made questions, AI writing help, automatic reminders and PDF export.
SimplePerf is the BuddiesHR performance review app for small and growing teams: admins build a review cycle in the web dashboard (who reviews whom, with which questions, by when), and everyone fills in their reviews on the web, with reminders by email or in Slack. Start by creating your account.
What SimplePerf does#
- Four review types: self review, peer review, upward review (people review their manager) and manager review. Use any mix in a cycle.
- Ready-made forms you can edit: each review type starts with suggested questions. Add open-ended, rating, multiple choice or multiple select questions, titles and text sections.
- AI help: admins get suggestions to improve their questions, and reviewers get feedback on their written answers.
- Send now or schedule: pick a start date and a deadline, and SimplePerf notifies every reviewer with their list of reviews.
- Automatic reminders: by email or in Slack, halfway through, at three quarters and one day before the deadline.
- You control visibility: reviews reach the person reviewed right away, or only once their manager releases them. Answers to some questions can be hidden from the person reviewed.
- Download every review: one PDF per review, in a single ZIP file.
SimplePerf runs on the web at dashboard.buddieshr.com, with optional Slack notifications. It isn't available in Microsoft Teams yet.
