View past Alfy rounds and matches
See every round of your Alfy coffee chat programs in the web dashboard, who was matched with whom, and which groups marked their chat as scheduled.

Microsoft TeamsUpdated Oct 5, 20261 min readThe Rounds tab of the Alfy web dashboard lists the upcoming and past rounds of all your programs, with the groups of each one. Alfy admins open it from Admin › Rounds. Rounds used to be called sessions.
Step 1: Open the Rounds tab#
Open the web dashboard, switch to Admin and open the Rounds tab.
Upcoming rounds are tagged Future Round. Past rounds show their number of connections, group size and chat duration. Click Load more rounds to see older ones.
Step 2: Open a round#
Click View details on a past round.
The Round details page shows the round's channels, date and time, group size and where it was announced. Under List of groups, you see who was matched with whom.
Groups that clicked ✅ We've Already Scheduled in Slack are tagged Scheduled. Groups that agreed on a time slot aren't tagged.
Upcoming rounds#
The details of an upcoming round open 24 hours before it starts. Until then, the button shows "Available 24 hours before the round". See edit a round's groups before it starts.
Your own rounds#
Every participant can see their own rounds in the Personal view. See use the web dashboard as a participant.
