Step 1: Find Billy in the Teams app store#
Open Billy on Microsoft AppSource and add it to Teams.
You can also do it from Teams itself: open Apps in the left sidebar, search for "Billy" and add it.
Step 2: Get approval if your organization requires it#
Depending on your organization's app policies, a Teams admin may need to approve Billy before you can use it. If you can't add it yourself, ask your IT team to approve it.
Step 3: Add Billy to a team and pick the channel#
In Teams' own "Add to a team" dialog, choose the team and the channel where Billy should post celebrations. You can also add Billy to a group chat instead of a team.

Step 4: Fill out the Settings card#
Billy sends you a welcome message in your 1:1 chat with it, then, a few seconds later, the <team name>'s Settings card.
