What happens in Billy when someone leaves

When someone leaves your Slack workspace or Microsoft Teams team, Billy stops celebrating them and stops counting them as a seat. You don't need to do anything.

In Slack#

When a member is deactivated or removed from the workspace, Billy excludes them: no celebrations, no reminders about them, no seat. Their dates are kept, so if the account is reactivated, Billy celebrates them again.

In Microsoft Teams#

When someone is removed from a team, Billy removes them from that team's member list: they're no longer celebrated in that team or counted as a seat for it.
