Open the Linky org chart from Slack or the web

Open your Linky org chart from Linky's Home tab in Slack, which signs you in automatically, or from the BuddiesHR web dashboard in any browser.

The Linky org chart lives in the BuddiesHR web dashboard. The quickest way in is from Linky's Home tab in Slack, which opens the chart in your browser and signs you in automatically.

Open it from Slack#

Step 1: Find Linky in Slack#

Search for "Linky" in the Slack search bar at the top, then select the Linky app.

Step 2: Open the Home tab#

Make sure the Home tab is selected.

Step 3: Open the org chart#

In the 👤 Personal Settings section, click Open org chart ↗️. The chart opens in your browser and you're signed in.

Admins also have an Open dashboard ↗ button in the ⚙️ Admin Settings section, which opens the chart in Admin mode, ready to edit.

Open it from the web#

Go to dashboard.buddieshr.com and sign in with Sign in with Google or Login with email (you then get a sign-in link by email). Choose Linky Directory among your apps.
