Who can see private recognitions?
Private Clappy kudos aren't posted in any Slack channel and only the giver and recipients see them, but Clappy admins see them in profiles and exports.
A private recognition in Clappy, the BuddiesHR kudos app for Slack, is only seen by the giver and the recipients. Clappy admins can still see it, with its message, in people's profiles in the web dashboard and in exports.
Make a recognition private#
In the Give Recognition form, pick Private under 👁️ Visibility ("Only you and the recipient(s) can see it."). In the web dashboard, pick Private: only you and them under Who can see it?. The direct messages are marked "🔒 This recognition is private".
