Insights dashboard
The Insights Dashboard enables you to identify your top recognizers, gain insights into your company's values adoption, and monitor the progress of your recognition initiatives.
It also serves as a tool for incorporating employee profiles into annual performance reviews.
Access the dashboard
To access the dashboard, click on the 📊 View Insights Dashboard button located in the Admin Settings section of Clappy's home tab.
Insights
Company values
This graphs allow you to understand which values resonate most with your people and identify any values that may be underutilized, suggesting the need for increased communication or revision.
Leaderboards
The leaderboards make it easy to recognize your top participants.
By clicking on View all, additional filters become available to help refine your search:
Usage
Here, you can track the progress of your initiative, including the number of active employees and the claps exchanged over time.
Employee's profile
By selecting a name from the leaderboard, you can view that individual's comprehensive profile:
