Rewards
This feature lets you create rewards that your team can redeem by using the claps they've earned through recognition.
We've noticed a significant difference in engagement levels between companies that offer at least one reward and those that don't.
Even a simple reward like a $10 Amazon gift card can make a big difference.

Manage rewards
Access the rewards list
Click on the 🎁 Manage rewards button:
You'll see something like this:
Add a reward
Once you add your first reward, a button will appear on everyone's home tab:
Please be aware that if you remove all rewards, the button will automatically disappear.
Click on the ➕ Add a reward button:
Then, complete the form:
Here, you'll set the monetary value of a clap (👏).
Consider that if each user gives out 5 claps per week, on average, a single user might receive about 20 claps per month.
Therefore, if you allocate $10 per employee per month for rewards, then 1 clap = $0.5.
Remove a reward
To remove a reward, click the 🖊️ Edit button next to the reward you wish to delete.
Then, click on 📦 Archive:
Rewards cannot be permanently deleted to preserve their redemption history.
Manage reviewers
Reviewers are responsible for managing the logistics of redeeming a reward. They will be notified via email and Slack message.
Add or remove a reviewer
Click the 🔍 Manage reviewers button.
Then, modify the list as needed and click Update.
