What is Clappy?+
Clappy is the peer recognition app from BuddiesHR. Colleagues send public kudos tied to your company values, right inside Slack or Microsoft Teams. Free under 10 users, $1/user/month after that, and setup takes about 3 minutes.
Can managers see the data?+
Yes: who gives and receives kudos, broken down by company value and by team. It is all exportable for culture reporting and performance reviews.
Are rewards manual or automated?+
Both. You can manage custom rewards manually, or connect our rewards platform integration to automate redemption end to end. You always keep full control.
How do company values work?+
You define your own company values, and every kudo is tagged with one of them. Over time the Insights dashboard shows which values resonate most and who embodies each one.
Can I turn off leaderboards?+
